Our adult classes form a community of art lovers on the same path to finding joy and fulfilment in art-making.
It’s never too late for you to pick up a new skill, or revisit a childhood passion! That’s what adult learners soon discover through our flexible, open-studio format of classes. Our teaching artists will work closely with you to build drawing and painting skills, and are always on hand to provide instruction, assistance and inspiration while you work on a project of your choice.

Explore, plan and create at your own pace, developing intuition essential for making personal and meaningful art in this student directed lesson.
Master a specific medium in a comprehensive and progressive course through theory and exercises that can be adapted to your interests.

Personalise your learning
Specifically learn what you want to learn and how you want to learn it. Either learn as you paint/draw an artwork or through a series of exercises, at the level of difficulty and pace you prefer.

Adulting is tough, we get it. Join any of our class timings available and continue what you were working on. As long as you finish your lessons within the validity period.

Duration: 2.5 hours
Class size: Comfortable ratio of 1 teacher to 8 students. Max 8 per class with safe distancing.
Suitable for: 15 years old and above
Art enthusiasts of all experience levels who prefer a flexible lesson structure that caters to their specific learning needs, pace and interests. Learn as you create your artworks with close guidance and demonstrations.
Beginners are always welcome don't be shy!
Mediums taught: Acrylic, watercolour painting, oil painting, gouache, graphite, pen illustration, charcoal, soft pastel, oil pastel, ink. *Digital Art on Ipad available for certain class time slots.*
Fees include: Use of art tools and materials and A4 Canvas Boards. Canvases of other sizes may be purchased at the studio.

Steady Learner 4 Lesson Set: $220

4 Lessons have to be completed in 6 consecutive weeks
Steady Learner 8 Lesson Set: $400
(Valid for 10 weeks)
8 Lessons have to be completed in 10 consecutive weeks

1. Weekly Reservation
One class timing will be reserved for you weekly to complete your lessons. (with option to reschedule lessons to a different class timing with available space.)
2. Book as you wish.
Flexible booking of classes throughout your set validity, as long as you complete your amount of lessons within the validity period. Bookings can only be booked up to 2 weeks in advance.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
A minimum of 2 hours notice before the start of your scheduled class. Late notice and no shows will result in the lesson being forfeited.

Classes with digital art on iPad option available for these timings. Students will have to bring their own equipment.
class credit policy
If you are unable to finish your lessons by the validity date, you can transfer your remaining lessons into Class Credits. Class Credits can be used for yourself or for a friend if you take on a new set of lessons starting the immediate week after your old set validity ends.
Class credits will be valid until your new set expires and cannot contribute to your new set's attendance for future promotions.
*Class credit policy is inapplicable to Structured Courses.

Trial Lesson Booking Policy:

Bookings are only confirmed after payment is successfully made and we will not be liable to remind you to make payment. Due to limited seating capacity it is recommended to complete your booking as soon as possible.

Trial lessons can only be rescheduled with a minimum notice of 2 hours before the start of class.

You may only reschedule to a different class timing within 6 days after the date of the original booking.

Your trial lesson booking can be replaced by someone else (who is not a current or past student at our studio) if you cannot attend. Do let us know who will be replacing your booking.

In the event of late notice for rescheduling (within 2h before the start of the trial lesson) or where no one shows up for the trial lesson, the trial lesson will be forfeited without refunds and cannot be rescheduled.

We will not provide any rescheduling or refunds due to Covid or illness as well, if we are not notified a minimum of 2 hours before the start of the trial lesson.

Our structured art courses focuses on learning through several short exercises and 1 to 2 main artworks for each course level, targeted at building skill and techniques and the understanding of each specific medium. Perfect for those who wish to build foundation and equip themselves with the necessary skill sets for independent art making.

Course Length: 8 weeks per course level
Duration: 2.5 hours/lesson
Level Progression:
All new students will have to start from each medium's beginner course before progressing to the intermediate and next the advance course.
Current/Past students in the Personalised Art Lessons may proceed directly to the intermediate or advanced courses only if they possess the required skillsets.
Max Intake: 2 Structured Course students per class. The rest of the students will be doing personalised art lessons.

Fees include: 1 A4 Sketchbook when required, use of art tools and materials and A4 Canvas Boards. Canvases of other sizes may be purchased at the studio. Course booklet will also be provided as well.

Structured Course Booking Policy:

Each 8 week course is valid for 10 weeks. (An extra 2 weeks is provided for rescheduling)

The start date of each course cannot be postponed after booking is confirmed.

Rescheduling of lessons is allowed with a minimum notice of 2 hours before the start of class.

You may reschedule to the following week or to a different class timing in the same week if there is sufficient space and within the validity period of the course.

Late notice and No shows will result in the particular lesson being forfeited and students will have to purchase an additional a la carte lesson ($60) per no show, to complete the course within the validity period. Course lessons will still continue progressively.

Lessons cannot be shared with another individual.

There are no refunds of course fees once the 1st lesson has been attended.

If you wish for a refund before the start of the course, $100 of the course fee will be retained by the studio for booking and administrative inconveniences.
